Dr. Paul Williams has felt a calling to use medicine and compassionate ministries as a way to express the love of Jesus to hurting people around the world. His experiences during his more than twenty-five years in medical missions in 105 nations gives him a very unique perspective on world events and human suffering, including in the United States. Whether man-made or natural, the word “disaster” seems more and more a part of our lives. Dr. Williams was alerted to the fact that 85 to 90 percent of people are NOT PREPARED for even common disasters. Dr. Williams felt a stirring to write When All Plans Fail to challenge individual believers and churches to become prepared for disasters, and then during times of crisis, be the “salt and light” the Bible speaks about.  Paul R. Williams received his MD from Washington University School of Medicine, St Louis, Missouri.  He was, for 15 years, on the faculty of the university of South Florida College of Medicine. In 1997 he founded the International HealthCare Network.  His more than 200 Medical missions trips include relief efforts in over 105 nations.

Jeremy LaFebre worked in the field of Audiology for nine years. He received his B.S. in Speech and Hearing Disorders at Arizona State University.  Jeremy went on to complete the Masters hours of a Clinical Doctorate Degree in Audiology at Nova Southeastern University.  The opportunity to reach the elderly population for Jesus Christ was a true glory to God as, year after year, elderly people whom had not been to church in years were hearing the Gospel of Jesus through the evangelism ministry of Jeremy.  The Lord has now called him to come along side Dr. Paul  R. Williams, and the Work of the International HealthCare Network to help prepare God's people for Perilous times.  He also owns and operates a Urban Gardening company in S. Florida, where he encourages and educates people how to establish Raised bed vegetable gardens to feed their families and neighbors.   Jeremy lives in S. Florida with his wife and four daughters.
